Chicago Paris Cabaret Connexion

Advancing Together the Art of Cabaret

To our audience:

Ever felt like a performer delivered a song that was just for you? That's Cabaret—a way to share stories through song, creating dialogue between audience and performer, embracing our differences and similarities.

The mission of the Chicago Paris Cabaret Connexion is to make the art of intimate song more visible, and gain new audiences from Paris to Chicago and beyond.

Join us in creating a network to promote a genuine "Cabaret Connexion"... welcoming French singers to Chicago for a week-long exchange from October 28 to November 4 in 2018!

To our fellow performers:

You know the importance of honing your skills and the joy of networking with other singers. Now join us for eight exciting days in Chicago to sing, perform, and learn with fellow artists from France and the U.S.—to promote a genuine "Cabaret Connexion."

Momentum is building! Tony-award winner Faith Prince and acclaimed music director Alex Rybeck will offer sixteen hours of master classes and will headline the first concert. Other recognized cabaret artists and instructors will conduct an additional 25 hours of master classes and workshops. Plus public concerts, open mics, multi-media presentations and roundtable discussions.

Join us for this unique opportunity. Be part of the international conversation on the state of cabaret, from "professional development" toward "developing our profession".

Registration is now open HERE.
