Welcome to Chicago Paris Cabaret Connexion

Cabaret was born in Paris and has since taken roots in Chicago. Chicago Paris Cabaret Connexion bridges these communities through cultural exchange. Through “La Connexion,” we advance together the Art of Cabaret.

Chicago Paris Cabaret Connexion invites artists to come together for an 8-day event beginning with a conference of workshops and round tables, then culminating with a festival highlighting the state of the art of cabaret.  The public is welcome to experience the conference, the festival, or both.

Cabaret . . . a way to share stories through song, creating a community of audience and performer. Let’s make the art of cabaret performance more visible, and gain new audiences from Paris to Chicago and beyond.

Rejoignez-nous à Paris, en France, cet été. Notre cinquième échange international de Chicago Paris Cabaret Connexion est une occasion unique de faire progresser l’art du cabaret, d’être inspiré par d’autres artistes et de créer un lien intime avec le public.

Chicago Paris Cabaret Connexion invite les artistes à se réunir pour un événement d’une semaine commençant par une conférence d’ateliers et de tables rondes et se terminant par un festival mettant en lumière l’état de l’art du cabaret.  Le public est invité à participer à la conférence, au festival ou aux deux.

Chaque jour offre des échanges culturels et la possibilité de se faire des amis et des connaissances professionnelles passionnés par le chant et le cabaret.
